Battlezone 2 turned out to be very different to this concept, but this mod is still as much fun, as well as being a piece of history and nostalgia. Textures in the mod were extracted from pre-release screenshots of Battlezone 2.

This is not Battlezone 2 or a demo of it. This is a Battlezone 1 mod. It is not supported by Activision or Pandemic Studios.
To run a mission, select the mission in the user interface, then click 'Start the Mission'. When a message box appears asking you to download a file, click 'Run this program from it's current location' or 'Open'. You do not need to be connected to the Internet. This file is on your computer, and will launch the Battlezone mission.
The original version (1.0) was created over the course of about a month and a half.

This mod was made in the days when Battlezone 2 was still in development. It was built to immitate the pre-release screenshots and information that Pandemic Studios released during the months leading up to Battlezone 2's release. It was designed to give players a taste of what the sequel might be like.
